1 Nephi 5:104 "Yea, do ye suppose that they would have been led out of bondage if the Lord had not commanded Moses that he should lead them out of bondage?
1 Nephi 5:105 "Now ye know that the children of Israel were in bondage; And ye know that they were laden with tasks which were grievous to be borne;
1 Nephi 5:106 Wherefore, ye know that it must needs be a good thing for them that they should be brought out of bondage.

Mosiah 11:70 Yea, and in the Valley of Alma they poured out their thanks to God because He had been merciful unto them and eased their burdens and had delivered them out of bondage,
Mosiah 11:71 For they were in bondage and none could deliver them except it were the Lord their God;
