Title Page 1:6 Which is to show unto the remnant of the house of Israel how great things the Lord hath done for their fathers, And that they may know the covenants of the Lord, that they are not cast off forever.
1 Nephi 1:15 And now I, Nephi, do not make a full account of the things which my father hath written, For he hath written many things which he saw in visions and in dreams;
1 Nephi 1:16 And he also hath written many things which he prophesied and spake unto his children, of which I shall not make a full account, But I shall make an account of my proceedings in my days.
1 Nephi 1:23 But behold, I, Nephi, will show unto you that the tender mercies of the Lord are over all them whom He hath chosen, because of their faith, to make them mighty, even unto the power of deliverance.
1 Nephi 1:60 And it came to pass that he spake unto me, saying: "Behold, I have dreamed a dream in the which the Lord hath commanded me that thou and thy brethren shall return to Jerusalem,
1 Nephi 1:61 For behold, Laban hath the record of the Jews, and also a genealogy of my forefathers, And they are engraven upon plates of brass;
1 Nephi 1:62 Wherefore, the Lord hath commanded me that thou and thy brothers should go unto the house of Laban and seek the records and bring them down hither into the wilderness.
1 Nephi 1:65 And it came to pass that I, Nephi, said unto my father: "I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded, For I know that the Lord giveth no commandments unto the children of men save He shall prepare a way for them, that they may accomplish the thing which He commandeth them."
1 Nephi 1:75 But behold, I said unto them that, "As the Lord liveth and as we live, we will not go down unto our father in the wilderness until we have accomplished the thing which the Lord hath commanded us;
1 Nephi 1:78 And all this he hath done because of the commandment of the Lord, For he knowing that Jerusalem must be destroyed because of the wickedness of the people -
1 Nephi 1:80 Wherefore, if my father should dwell in the land after that he hath been commanded to flee out of the land, behold, he would also perish;

1 Nephi 1:113 And it came to pass that the Spirit said unto me again: "Slay him! for the Lord hath delivered him into thy hands;
1 Nephi 1:138 And I also spake unto him, saying: "Surely the Lord hath commanded us to do this thing; And shall we not be diligent in keeping the commandment of the Lord?
1 Nephi 1:154 And she spake, saying: "Now I know of a surety that the Lord hath commanded my husband to flee into the wilderness;
1 Nephi 1:155 Yea, and I also know of a surety that the Lord hath protected my sons and delivered them out of the hands of Laban, And gave them power whereby they could accomplish the thing which the Lord hath commanded them."
1 Nephi 2:17 Yea, and how is it that ye have forgotten how great things the Lord hath done for us in delivering us out of the hands of Laban, and also that we should obtain the record?
1 Nephi 2:20 For all things which the Lord hath spoken concerning the destruction of Jerusalem must be fulfilled.

1 Nephi 3:177 Which is the land which the Lord God hath covenanted with thy father that his seed should have for the land of their inheritance - Wherefore, thou seest that the Lord God will not suffer that the Gentiles will utterly destroy the mixture of thy seed which is among thy brethren.
1 Nephi 3:179 Neither will the Lord God suffer that the Gentiles shall forever remain in that state of awful woundedness, which thou beholdest that they are in because of the plain and most precious parts of the gospel of the Lamb which hath been kept back by that abominable church, whose formation thou hast seen;
1 Nephi 3:183 And after that the Gentiles do stumble exceedingly because of the most plain and most precious parts of the gospel of the Lamb which hath been kept back by that abominable church which is the mother of harlots, ' saith the Lamb, 'Wherefore, I will be merciful unto the Gentiles in that day, ' saith the Lamb, 'Insomuch that I will bring forth unto them in Mine own power much of My gospel, which shall be plain and most precious, ' saith the Lamb.
1 Nephi 3:199 And after that He hath manifested Himself unto the Jews, and also unto the Gentiles, Then He shall manifest Himself unto the Gentiles, and also unto the Jews;
1 Nephi 3:206 And that great pit which hath been digged for them by that great and abominable church which was founded by the devil and his children, that he might lead away the souls of men down to hell,
1 Nephi 3:207 Yea, that great pit which hath been digged for the destruction of men shall be filled by those who digged it unto their utter destruction, " saith the Lamb of God -

1 Nephi 3:249 And also others which have been - To them hath He shown all things and they have written them;
1 Nephi 4:8 And they said: "Behold, we cannot understand the words which our father hath spoken concerning the natural branches of the olive tree, and also concerning the Gentiles."
1 Nephi 4:13 "Do ye not remember the thing which the Lord hath said: ' If ye will not harden your hearts and ask Me in faith, believing that ye shall receive - with diligence in keeping My commandments - surely these things shall be made known unto you ' ?
1 Nephi 4:16 "And now the thing which our father meaneth concerning the grafting in of the natural branches through the fullness of the Gentiles is that in the latter days when our seed shall have dwindled in unbelief, Yea, for the space of many years and many generations after that the Messiah hath manifested Himself in body unto the children of men, Then shall the fullness of the gospel of the Messiah come unto the Gentiles, And from the Gentiles unto the remnant of our seed.
1 Nephi 4:28 "Wherefore, our father hath not spoken of our seed alone, but also of all the house of Israel, pointing to the covenant which should be fulfilled in the latter days,

1 Nephi 5:159 "And now, if the Lord hath such great power and hath wrought so many miracles among the children of men, How is it that He cannot instruct me that I should build a ship?"
1 Nephi 5:165 And now they said: "We know of a surety that the Lord is with thee, for we know that it is the power of the Lord that hath shaken us."
1 Nephi 5:189 Nevertheless, the Lord suffered it that He might show forth His power unto the fulfilling of His word which He hath spoken concerning the wicked.
1 Nephi 6:7 For after this manner hath the prophet written:
1 Nephi 6:12 And I have, even from the beginning, declared to thee - Before it came to pass, I showed them thee; And I showed them for fear, lest thou shouldst say, ' Mine idol hath done them, And my graven image and my molten image hath commanded them. '
1 Nephi 6:20 Mine hand hath also laid the foundation of the earth, And My right hand hath spanned the heavens. And I called unto them, And they stand up together.
1 Nephi 6:21 "All ye, assemble yourselves and hear! Which among them hath declared these things unto them? The Lord hath loved him. Yea, and He will fulfill His word which He hath declared by them. And He will do His pleasure on Babylon, And His arm shall come upon the Chaldeans."
1 Nephi 6:23 "Come ye near unto Me; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; From the time that it was declared have I spoken. And the Lord God and His Spirit hath sent Me."
1 Nephi 6:24 And thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: "I have sent Him, The Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way thou shouldst go, hath done it.
1 Nephi 6:27 Go ye forth of Babylon, flee ye from the Chaldeans. With a voice of singing, declare ye - tell this - utter to the end of the earth - say ye, "The Lord hath redeemed His servant Jacob!"
1 Nephi 6:29 And notwithstanding He hath done all this, and greater also, "There is no peace, " saith the Lord, "unto the wicked.
1 Nephi 6:31 Listen, O isles, unto Me, And hearken, ye people from far. The Lord hath called Me from the womb; From the bowels of My mother hath He made mention of My name.
1 Nephi 6:32 And He hath made My mouth like a sharp sword; In the shadow of His hand hath He hid Me and made Me a polished shaft - In His quiver hath He hid Me.
1 Nephi 6:40 They shall not hunger, nor thirst, Neither shall the heat nor the sun smite them; For He that hath mercy on them shall lead them, Even by the springs of water shall He guide them.
1 Nephi 6:43 Sing, O heavens! and be joyful, O earth! For the feet of them which are in the east shall be established. And break forth into singing, O mountains! For they shall be smitten no more. For the Lord hath comforted His people and will have mercy upon His afflicted.
1 Nephi 6:44 But behold, Zion hath said, "The Lord hath forsaken me, And my Lord hath forgotten me." But He will show that He hath not.
1 Nephi 6:51 Then shalt thou say in thine heart: 'Who hath begotten me these, seeing I have lost my children, And am desolate, a captive, and removing to and fro? And who hath brought up these? Behold, I was left alone; These - where have they been?'"
1 Nephi 7:13 "Nevertheless, after that they have been nursed by the Gentiles and the Lord hath lifted up His hand upon the Gentiles and set them up for a standard - And their children shall be carried in their arms, And their daughters shall be carried upon their shoulders; Behold, these things of which are spoken are temporal, For thus are the covenants of the Lord with our fathers;
1 Nephi 7:31 And that great whore which hath perverted the right ways of the Lord, yea, that great and abominable church, shall tumble to the dust, And great shall be the fall of it.
1 Nephi 7:60 "And because of the righteousness of His people, Satan hath no power;
1 Nephi 7:62 For he hath no power over the hearts of the people, for they dwell in righteousness, And the Holy One of Israel reigneth.
2 Nephi 1:7 A land which the Lord God hath covenanted with me should be a land for the inheritance of my seed;
2 Nephi 1:8 Yea, the Lord hath consecrated this land unto me and to my children forever,

2 Nephi 1:31 My heart hath been weighed down with sorrow from time to time, For I have feared - lest for the hardness of your hearts, lest the Lord your God should come out in the fullness of His wrath upon you - that ye be cut off and destroyed forever,
2 Nephi 1:34 "But behold, His will be done, for His ways are righteousness forever; And He hath said that, 'Inasmuch as ye shall keep My commandments, ye shall prosper in the land, But inasmuch as ye will not keep My commandments, ye shall be cut off from My presence.'
2 Nephi 1:40 Rebel no more against your brother, whose views have been glorious, And who hath kept the commandments from the time we left Jerusalem, And who hath been an instrument in the hands of God in bringing us forth into the Land of Promise,
2 Nephi 1:42 Nevertheless, ye sought to take away his life; Yea, and he hath suffered much sorrow because of you;
2 Nephi 1:45 But I know that he hath not sought for power nor authority over you, But he hath sought the glory of God and your own eternal welfare.

2 Nephi 1:80 "Wherefore, the ends of the law which the Holy One hath given - unto the inflicting of the punishment, which is affixed, Which punishment that is affixed is in opposition to that of the happiness, which is affixed - to answer the ends of the atonement.
2 Nephi 1:95 For there is a God and He hath created all things - Both the heavens and the earth and all things that in them is,

2 Nephi 3:41 And mine eyes hath beheld great things, yea, even too great for man; Therefore, I was bidden that I should not write them.
2 Nephi 3:42 O then, if I have seen so great things, If the Lord in His condescension unto the children of men hath visited me in so much mercy, Why should my heart weep and my soul linger in the valley of sorrow? And my flesh waste away and my strength slacken because of mine afflictions?
2 Nephi 5:11 And they are the words which my brother hath desired me that I should speak unto you,
2 Nephi 5:22 And now I, Jacob, would speak somewhat concerning these words; For behold, the Lord hath shown me that they which were at Jerusalem from whence we came have been slain and carried away captive;
2 Nephi 5:23 Nevertheless, the Lord hath shown unto me that they should return again.
2 Nephi 5:24 And He also hath shown unto me that the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel, should manifest Himself unto them in the flesh;
2 Nephi 5:30 And blessed are the Gentiles, they of whom the prophet hath written;
2 Nephi 5:32 For the Lord God will fulfill His covenants which He hath made unto His children; And for this cause the prophet hath written these things:
2 Nephi 5:55 "The Lord God hath given Me the tongue of the learned, That I should know how to speak a word in season unto thee, O house of Israel,
2 Nephi 5:58 The Lord God hath opened Mine ear and I was not rebellious, Neither turned away back.
2 Nephi 5:67 "Who is among you that feareth the Lord? That obeyeth the voice of His Servant? That walketh in darkness and hath no light?
2 Nephi 5:87 Art Thou not it that hath cut Rahab and wounded the dragon?
2 Nephi 5:88 Art Thou not it which hath dried the sea - the waters of the great deep?
2 Nephi 5:89 That hath made the depths of the sea a way for the ransomed to pass over?
2 Nephi 5:94 And forgettest the Lord thy Maker that hath stretched forth the heavens and laid the foundations of the earth?
2 Nephi 5:99 And I have put My words in thy mouth and hath covered thee in the shadow of Mine hand, That I may plant the heavens and lay the foundations of the earth and say unto Zion, 'Behold, thou art My people.'"
2 Nephi 5:102 And none to guide her among all the sons she hath brought forth;
2 Nephi 5:103 Neither that taketh her by the hand of all the sons she hath brought up.
2 Nephi 6:1 And now my beloved brethren, I have read these things that ye might know concerning the covenants of the Lord that He hath covenanted with all the house of Israel,
2 Nephi 6:2 That He hath spoken unto the Jews by the mouth of His holy prophets, even from the beginning down, from generation to generation, Until the time cometh that they shall be restored to the true church and fold of God,
2 Nephi 6:11 For as death hath passed upon all men to fulfill the merciful plan of the great Creator, there must needs be a power of resurrection,
2 Nephi 6:38 And assuredly as the Lord liveth - for the Lord God hath spoken it and it is His eternal word which cannot pass away - That they which are righteous shall be righteous still, And they which are filthy shall be filthy still;
2 Nephi 6:40 And they shall go away into everlasting fire prepared for them; And their torment is a lake of fire and brimstone, whose flames ascendeth up forever and ever and hath no end.
2 Nephi 6:50 For the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel, hath spoken it.
2 Nephi 6:51 Wherefore, He hath given a law; And where there is no law given, there is no punishment;
2 Nephi 6:53 And where there is no condemnation, the mercies of the Holy One of Israel hath claim upon them because of the atonement,
2 Nephi 6:54 For they are delivered by the power of Him; For the atonement satisfieth the demands of His justice upon all those who hath not the law given to them, That they are delivered from that awful monster death and hell and the devil, And the lake of fire and brimstone, which is endless torment;
2 Nephi 6:56 But wo unto him that hath the law given! Yea, that hath all the commandments of God, like unto us, and that transgresseth them and that wasteth the days of his probation, For awful is his state!
2 Nephi 6:93 But I know my guilt - I transgressed Thy law, and my transgressions are mine; And the devil hath obtained me, that I am a prey to his awful misery."
2 Nephi 6:99 Come, my brethren: "Everyone that thirsteth, come ye to the waters; And he that hath no money, come, buy and eat. Yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.
2 Nephi 6:105 And because of His greatness and His grace and mercy, He hath promised unto us that our seed shall not utterly be destroyed, according to the flesh, but that He would preserve them; And in future generations they shall become a righteous branch unto the house of Israel.
2 Nephi 7:3 Wherefore, as it hath been shown unto me that many of our children shall perish in the flesh because of unbelief, nevertheless, God will be merciful unto many,
2 Nephi 7:16 Wherefore, the promises of the Lord are great unto the Gentiles, For He hath spoken it, And who can dispute?
2 Nephi 7:33 And now my beloved brethren, seeing that our merciful God hath given us so great knowledge concerning these things, Let us remember Him and lay aside our sins and not hang down our heads, for we are not cast off.
2 Nephi 7:35 For the Lord hath made the sea our path and we are upon an isle of the sea;
2 Nephi 7:38 For behold, the Lord God hath led away from time to time from the house of Israel according to His will and pleasure.
2 Nephi 8:4 And my brother Jacob also hath seen Him, as I have seen Him; Wherefore, I will send their words forth unto my children to prove unto them that my words are true;
2 Nephi 8:5 "Wherefore, by the words of three, " God hath said, "I will establish My word";
2 Nephi 8:8 For, for this end hath the law of Moses been given;
2 Nephi 8:10 And also my soul delighteth in the covenants of the Lord which He hath made to our fathers;
2 Nephi 8:36 In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver and his idols of gold - Which he hath made for himself to worship - to the moles and to the bats,
2 Nephi 8:71 "And then will I sing to My Well-Beloved a song of My Beloved touching His vineyard: 'My Well-Beloved hath a vineyard in a very fruitful hill;
2 Nephi 8:84 Therefore, hell hath enlarged herself and opened her mouth without measure; And their glory and their multitude and their pomp and he that rejoiceth shall descend into it.
2 Nephi 8:95 Therefore is the anger of the Lord kindled against His people, And He hath stretched forth His hand against them and hath smitten them; And the hills did tremble, And their carcasses were torn in the midst of the streets. For all this His anger is not turned away, But His hand stretched out still.
2 Nephi 9:56 Behold! I and the children whom the Lord hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the Lord of Hosts, which dwelleth in Mount Zion.
2 Nephi 9:62 The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light; They that dwell in the land of the shadow of death - upon them hath the light shined.
2 Nephi 9:68 The Lord sent His word unto Jacob and it hath lighted upon Israel.
2 Nephi 9:91 As my hand hath founded the kingdoms of the idols and whose graven images did excel them of Jerusalem and of Samaria,
2 Nephi 9:93 Wherefore, it shall come to pass that when the Lord hath performed His whole work upon Mount Zion and upon Jerusalem, "I will punish the fruit of the stout heart of the king of Assyria and the glory of his high looks."
2 Nephi 9:95 And my hand hath found as a nest the riches of the people; And as one gathereth eggs that are left, have I gathered all the earth; And there was none that moved the wing, or opened the mouth, or peeped."
2 Nephi 9:109 He is come to Aiath, He is passed to Migron; At Michmash he hath laid up his carriages;
2 Nephi 9:136 Sing unto the Lord, for He hath done excellent things - this is known in all the earth.
2 Nephi 10:26 And it shall come to pass in that day, that thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon and say: "How hath the oppressor ceased - the golden city ceased!
2 Nephi 10:27 The Lord hath broken the staff of the wicked, the scepters of the rulers.
2 Nephi 10:31 "Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming; It stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; It hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.
2 Nephi 10:46 The Lord of Hosts hath sworn, saying: "Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; And as I have purposed, so shall it stand:
2 Nephi 10:49 For the Lord of Hosts hath purposed, And who shall disannul? And His hand stretched out, And who shall turn it back?"
2 Nephi 10:54 What shall then answer the messengers of the nations? That the Lord hath founded Zion! And the poor of His people shall trust in it!
2 Nephi 11:4 Wherefore, I write unto my people, unto all they that shall receive hereafter these things which I write, That they may know the judgments of God, that they come upon all nations according to the word which He hath spoken.
2 Nephi 11:6 But I give unto you a prophecy according to the Spirit which is in me; Wherefore, I shall prophesy according to the plainness which hath been with me from the time that I came out from Jerusalem with my father.
2 Nephi 11:8 Yea, and my soul delighteth in the words of Isaiah, For I came out from Jerusalem and mine eyes hath beheld the things of the Jews; And I know that the Jews do understand the things of the prophets, And there is none other people that understand the things of the prophets which were spoken unto the Jews, like unto them, Save it be that they are taught after the manner of the things of the Jews.
2 Nephi 11:10 And I have made mention unto my children concerning the judgments of God which hath come to pass among the Jews - unto my children, according to all that which Isaiah hath spoken; And I do not write them;
2 Nephi 11:15 And as one generation hath been destroyed among the Jews because of iniquity, Even so have they been destroyed from generation to generation according to their iniquities;
2 Nephi 11:16 And never hath any of them been destroyed, save it were foretold them by the prophets of the Lord;
2 Nephi 11:17 Wherefore, it hath been told them concerning the destruction which should come upon them immediately after my father left Jerusalem;

Jacob 3:68 "And He saith unto the Servant: 'Look hither and behold the last; Behold, this have I planted in a good spot of ground, And I have nourished it this long time and only a part of the tree hath brought forth tame fruit, And the other part of the tree hath brought forth wild fruit; Behold, I have nourished this tree like unto the others.'
Jacob 3:77 But behold, this time it hath brought forth much fruit and there is none of it which is good;
Jacob 3:83 But behold, the wild branches have grown and have overrun the roots thereof; And because that the wild branches have overcome the roots thereof, it hath brought forth much evil fruit;

Mosiah 7:87 Why do ye commit whoredoms and spend your strength with harlots? Yea, and cause this people to commit sin, that the Lord hath sent me to prophesy against this people, yea, even a great evil against this people?
Mosiah 7:103 But I must fulfill the commandments wherewith God hath commanded me; And because I have told you the truth ye are angry with me;
Mosiah 8:16 'Who hath believed our report? And to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?

Mosiah 8:41 Behold, I say unto you that whosoever hath heard the words of the prophets, yea, all the holy prophets which have prophesied concerning the coming of the Lord -
Mosiah 8:42 I say unto you, that all those who hath hearkened unto their words and believed that the Lord would redeem His people and have looked forward to that day for a remission of their sins -
Mosiah 8:44 For these are they whose sins He hath borne; These are they for whom He hath died to redeem them from their transgressions;
Mosiah 8:47 I say unto you that they are His seed. "And these are they which hath published peace, That hath brought good tidings of good, That hath published salvation, That saith unto Zion, 'Thy God reigneth! '
Mosiah 8:52 Yea, even the Lord who hath redeemed His people, Yea, Him who hath granted salvation unto His people;
Mosiah 8:53 For were it not for the redemption which He hath made for His people, which was prepared from the foundation of the world, I say unto you, were it not for this, that all mankind must have perished.
Mosiah 8:54 "But behold, the bands of death shall be broken; And the Son reigneth and hath power over the dead; Therefore, He bringeth to pass the resurrection of the dead.
Mosiah 8:57 They are raised to dwell with God who hath redeemed them, Thus they have eternal life through Christ who hath broken the bands of death.
Mosiah 8:59 And thus the Lord bringeth about the restoration of these; And they have a part in the first resurrection, or hath eternal life, being redeemed by the Lord.
Mosiah 8:60 "And little children also hath eternal life.
Mosiah 8:64 For salvation cometh to none such, for the Lord hath redeemed none such;

Mosiah 8:73 And this because they would not hearken unto the voice of the Lord; Therefore, the Lord redeemeth them not, for they are carnal and devilish; And the devil hath power over them,
Mosiah 8:77 "But remember that he that persists in his own carnal nature and goes on in the ways of sin and rebellion against God, He remaineth in his fallen state and the devil hath all power over him;
Mosiah 8:81 "But there is a resurrection; Therefore, the grave hath no victory, And the sting of death is swallowed up in Christ.
Mosiah 8:85 Being delivered up to the devil who hath subjected them, which is damnation,
Mosiah 9:18 But the priests lifted up their voices against him and began to accuse him, saying: "He hath reviled the king!"

Mosiah 9:53 Yea, even he commanded them that they should preach nothing save it were repentance and faith on the Lord who hath redeemed His people.

Mosiah 9:121 And they took him and bound up his wounds and brought him before Limhi and said: "Behold, here is the king of the Lamanites; He having received a wound hath fallen among their dead and they have left him, And behold, we have brought him before you; And now, let us slay him!"
Mosiah 9:126 Now Limhi had heard nothing concerning this matter, therefore he saith: "I will search among my people and whosoever hath done this thing shall perish";
Mosiah 11:10 "Nevertheless, after much tribulation the Lord did hear my cries and did answer my prayers, And hath made me an instrument in His hands in bringing so many of you to a knowledge of His truth.

Mosiah 11:166 For the Lord hath said, 'This is My church and I will establish it and nothing shall overthrow it, save it is the transgression of My people.'"
Mosiah 11:167 And again the angel saith: "Behold, the Lord hath heard the prayers of His people, and also the prayers of His servant Alma, which is thy father,
Mosiah 11:168 For he hath prayed with much faith concerning thee, that thou mightest be brought to the knowledge of the truth;
Mosiah 11:174 "Now I say unto thee, Go, And remember the captivity of thy fathers in the Land of Helam and in the Land of Nephi, And remember how great things He hath done for them, for they were in bondage and He hath delivered them.
Mosiah 11:190 "Nevertheless, after wading through much tribulation, repenting nigh unto death, The Lord in mercy hath seen fit to snatch me out of an everlasting burning, And I am born of God!
Mosiah 11:191 My soul hath been redeemed from the gall of bitterness and bonds of iniquity!
Mosiah 12:4 That they might become friendly to one another and that there should be no more contentions in all the land which the Lord their God hath given them.
Mosiah 13:8 Now I declare unto you that he to whom that the kingdom doth rightly belong hath declined and will not take upon him the kingdom.
Mosiah 13:20 And whosoever hath committed iniquity, him have I punished according to the crime which he hath committed, according to the law which hath been given to us by our fathers.
Mosiah 13:29 For behold, he hath his friends in iniquity and he keepeth his guards about him; And he teareth up the laws of those which have reigned in righteousness before him, And he trampleth under his feet the commandments of God,
Mosiah 13:34 Therefore, choose you by the voice of this people, judges, that ye may be judged according to the laws which hath been given you by our fathers, which are correct, And which were given them by the hand of the Lord.
Mosiah 13:38 Yea, then is the time He will visit you with great destruction, even as He hath hitherto visited this land.
Alma 3:10 And moreover, have ye sufficiently retained in remembrance that He hath delivered their souls from hell?
Alma 3:31 Do you look forward with an eye of faith and view this mortal body raised in immortality? And this corruption raised in incorruption, to stand before God to be judged according to the deeds which hath been done in the mortal body?
Alma 3:40 Yea, his garments must be purified until they are cleansed from all stain through the blood of Him of whom it hath been spoken by our fathers which should come to redeem His people from their sins.

Alma 3:80 And now I do know of myself that they are true; For the Lord God hath made them manifest unto me by His Holy Spirit, And this is the spirit of revelation which is in me.

Alma 5:15 Behold, I do not say that He will come among us at the time of His dwelling in His mortal tabernacle, For behold, the Spirit hath not said unto me that this should be the case;
Alma 5:16 Now as to this thing, I do not know; But this much I do know, that the Lord God hath power to do all things which are according to His word.
Alma 5:17 But behold, the Spirit hath said this much unto me, saying: "Cry unto this people, saying: 'Repent ye, repent ye! and prepare the way of the Lord, And walk in His paths which are strait.'"
Alma 5:34 Yea, I perceive that ye are making His paths strait; I perceive that it hath been made known unto you by the testimony of His word that He cannot walk in crooked paths,
Alma 5:35 Neither doth He vary from that which He hath said, Neither hath He a shadow of turning from the right to the left, Or from that which is right to that which is wrong, Therefore, His course is one eternal round.
Alma 6:22 "For behold, they do study at this time that they may destroy the liberty of thy people - for thus saith the Lord - which is contrary to the statutes and judgments and commandments which He hath given unto His people."
Alma 7:14 "But behold, this is not all - He hath commanded you to repent or He will utterly destroy you from off the face of the earth; Yea, He will visit you in His anger, And in His fierce anger He will not turn away.
Alma 7:18 "Now, we see that the word of the Lord hath been verified in this thing, And the Lamanites have been cut off from His presence from the beginning of their transgressions in the land.
Alma 7:38 For hath not the Lord expressly promised and firmly decreed that if ye will rebel against Him, that ye shall utterly be destroyed from off the face of the earth?
Alma 7:39 "And now for this cause - that ye may not be destroyed - the Lord hath sent His angel to visit many of His people, declaring unto them that they must go forth and cry mightily unto this people, saying: ' Repent ye, repent ye! for the kingdom of heaven is nigh at hand;
Alma 8:11 For he hath fasted many days because of the sins of this people and he is enhungered; And thou shall receive him into thy house and feed him, And he shall bless thee and thy house; And the blessing of the Lord shall rest upon thee and thy house.'
Alma 8:13 And as I was a going thither, I found the man which the angel said unto me, ' Thou shalt receive into thy house '; And behold, it was this same man which hath been speaking unto you concerning the things of God.
Alma 8:15 "And again, I know that the things whereof he hath testified are true; For behold I say unto you, that as the Lord liveth, even so He hath sent His angel to make these things manifest unto me; And this He hath done while this Alma hath dwelt at my house.
Alma 8:16 "For behold, he hath blessed mine house; He hath blessed me and my women and my children and my father and my kinsfolk,
Alma 8:17 Yea, even all my kindred hath he blessed; And the blessing of the Lord hath rested upon us according to the words which he spake."
Alma 8:36 But Amulek stretched forth his hand and cried the mightier unto them, saying: "O ye wicked and perverse generation! Why hath Satan got such great hold upon your hearts?
Alma 8:41 And now it came to pass that when Amulek had spoken these words, the people cried out against him, saying: "Now we know that this man is a child of the devil, for he hath lied unto us, for he hath spoken against our law,
Alma 8:42 And now he saith that he hath not spoken against it."
Alma 8:43 And again: "He hath reviled against our lawyers and our judges, " etc.
Alma 8:84 And he saith: "An angel hath made them known unto me."
Alma 8:91 "And I say unto you again, that He cannot save them in their sins, for I cannot deny His word, And He hath said that no unclean thing can inherit the kingdom of heaven;
Alma 9:6 "Now this was a plan of thine adversary and he hath exercised his power in thee.
Alma 9:8 "And behold, I say unto you all that this was a snare of the adversary which he hath laid to catch this people,
Alma 9:14 And he saith unto Alma: "What does this mean which Amulek hath spoken concerning the resurrection of the dead, That all shall rise from the dead, both the just and the unjust, and are brought to stand before God to be judged according to their works?"
Alma 9:21 Now this is what is meant by the chains of hell. "And Amulek hath spoken plainly concerning death, And being raised from this mortality to a state of immortality, And being brought before the bar of God to be judged according to our works.
Alma 9:22 "Then if our hearts have been hardened, yea, if we have hardened our hearts against the word insomuch that it hath not been found in us, Then will our state be awful, for then we shall be condemned;
Alma 9:27 That He is just in all His works, And that He is merciful unto the children of men, And that He hath all power to save every man that believeth on His name and bringeth forth fruit meet for repentance.
Alma 9:60 "And now my brethren, seeing we know these things and they are true, Let us repent and harden not our hearts, that we provoke not the Lord our God to pull down His wrath upon us in these His second commandments which He hath given unto us,
Alma 10:57 "Behold, ye see that ye had not power to save these which had been cast into the fire, Neither hath God saved them because they were of thy faith."
Alma 12:67 And now, O king, we do not believe that a man hath such great power, for we know that he cannot be slain."

Alma 12:202 For behold, he hath repented of his sins; But if thou shouldst fall at this time in thine anger, thy soul could not be saved.

Alma 14:32 "And I also thank my God, yea, my great God, that He hath granted unto us that we might repent of these things, And also that He hath forgiven us of these our many sins and murders which we have committed, And took away the guilt from our hearts through the merits of His Son.
Alma 14:34 Now, my best beloved brethren, since God hath taken away our stains and our swords have become bright, then let us stain our swords no more with the blood of our brethren.
Alma 14:38 Yea, and He hath made these things known unto us beforehand because He loveth our souls, as well as He loveth our children; Therefore, in His mercy He doth visit us by His angels, that the plan of salvation might be made known unto us, as well as unto future generations; O how merciful is our God!
Alma 14:58 And thus we can plainly discern that after a people have been once enlightened by the Spirit of God and hath had great knowledge of things pertaining to righteousness and then have fallen away into sin and transgression, They become more hardened; And thus their state becometh worse than as though they had never known these things.
Alma 14:80 "And now I ask, what great blessings hath He bestowed upon us? Can ye tell?
Alma 14:82 And this is the blessing which hath been bestowed upon us - that we have been made instruments in the hands of God to bring about this great work.
Alma 14:93 "Behold how many thousands of our brethren hath He loosed from the pains of hell and they are brought to sing redeeming love! And this because of the power of His word which is in us, Therefore, have we not great reason to rejoice?
Alma 14:95 Yea, they were encircled about with everlasting darkness and destruction, But behold, He hath brought them into His everlasting light, yea, into everlasting salvation, And they are encircled about with the matchless bounty of His love.
Alma 14:101 Behold, He did not exercise His justice upon us, But in His great mercy hath brought us over that everlasting gulf of death and misery, even to the salvation of our souls.
Alma 14:104 Yea, and it shall be given unto such to bring thousands of souls to repentance, Even as it hath been given unto us to bring these our brethren to repentance.
Alma 14:126 "Yea, blessed is the name of my God who hath been mindful of this people which are a branch of the tree of Israel and hath been lost from its body in a strange land! Yea, I say blessed be the name of my God who hath been mindful of us wanderers in a strange land!
Alma 15:12 And it came to pass that Ammon went and inquired of the Lord and the Lord said unto him: "Get this people out of this land, that they perish not, For Satan hath great hold on the hearts of the Amalekites which do stir up the Lamanites to anger against their brethren to slay them, Therefore, get thee out of this land; And blessed art this people in this generation, for I will preserve them."
Alma 15:50 And thus we see how great the inequality of man is because of sin and transgression, And the power of the devil which comes by the cunning plans which he hath devised to ensnare the hearts of men;
Alma 15:54 But behold, I am a man and do sin in my wish, For I had ought to be content with the things which the Lord hath allotted unto me;
Alma 15:56 Yea, and I know that good and evil hath come before all men - Or he that knoweth not good from evil is blameless, But he that knoweth good and evil, to him it is given according to his desires, Whether he desireth good or evil, life or death, joy or remorse of conscience.

Alma 15:62 And behold, when I see many of my brethren truly penitent and coming to the Lord their God, then is my soul filled with joy, Then do I remember what the Lord has done for me, yea, even that He hath heard my prayer, Yea, then do I remember His merciful arm which He extended toward me.
Alma 15:65 Yea, and that same God hath called me by a holy calling to preach the word unto this people, And hath given me much success, in the which my joy is full; But I do not joy in my own success alone, but my joy is more full because of the success of my brethren which have been up to the Land of Nephi;
Alma 16:35 Yea, they durst not make use of that which is their own, lest they should offend their priests which do yoke them according to their desires, And hath brought them to believe - by their traditions, and their dreams, and their whims, and their visions, and their pretended mysteries - That they should - if they did not do according to their words - offend some Unknown Being, which they say is God, A Being which never hath been seen nor known, which never was nor never will be."
Alma 16:41 And notwithstanding the many labors which I have performed in the church, I have never received so much as even one senine for my labor, Neither hath any of my brethren, save it were in the judgment seat, And then we have received only according to law for our time.
Alma 16:51 Behold, I know that thou believest, But thou art possessed with a lying spirit; And ye have put off the Spirit of God, that it may have no place in you, But the devil hath power over you; And he doth carry you about, working devices that he may destroy the people of God."
Alma 16:52 And now Korihor saith unto Alma: "If thou wilt show me a sign that I may be convinced that there is a God, Yea, show unto me that He hath power, And then will I be convinced of the truth of thy words."
Alma 16:65 Now behold, He hath showed unto you a sign, And now, will ye dispute more?"
Alma 16:67 "But behold, the devil hath deceived me, For he appeared unto me in the form of an angel and said unto me, ' Go and reclaim this people, for they have all gone astray after an Unknown God ';

Alma 16:161 And this because you know, for ye know that the word hath swelled your souls, And ye also know that it hath sprouted up, that your understanding doth begin to be enlightened and your mind doth begin to expand.
Alma 16:166 But if ye neglect the tree and take no thought for its nourishment, Behold, it will not get any root; And when the heat of the sun cometh and scorcheth it, and because it hath no root, it withereth away, And ye pluck it up and cast it out.

Alma 16:205 My brother hath called upon the words of Zenos that redemption cometh through the Son of God, And also upon the words of Zenoch, And also he hath appealed unto Moses to prove that these things are true.
Alma 16:207 Behold, I say unto you that I do know that Christ shall come among the children of men to take upon Him the transgressions of His people, And that He shall atone for the sins of the world, For the Lord God hath spoken it.
Alma 16:213 But the law requireth the life of him who hath murdered; Therefore, there is nothing which is short of an infinite atonement which will suffice for the sins of the world, Therefore, it is expedient that there should be a great and last sacrifice.
Alma 16:217 "And thus mercy can satisfy the demands of justice and encircles them in the arms of safety, While he that exerciseth no faith unto repentance is exposed to the whole law of the demands of justice; Therefore, only unto him that hath faith unto repentance is brought about the great and eternal plan of redemption.
Alma 16:234 Therefore, the Spirit of the Lord hath withdrawn from you and hath no place in you, And the devil hath all power over you; And this is the final state of the wicked.

Alma 17:5 Now behold, I say unto you, if I had not been born of God, I should not have known these things; But God hath by the mouth of His holy angel made these things known unto me, Not of any worthiness of myself, for I went about with the sons of Mosiah seeking to destroy the church of God; But behold, God sent His holy angel to stop us by the way;
Alma 17:23 Yea, and now behold, O my son, the Lord doth give me exceeding great joy in the fruits of my labors, For because of the word which He hath imparted unto me, Behold, many hath been born of God, and hath tasted, as I have tasted, and hath seen eye to eye, as I have seen;
Alma 17:25 And I have been supported under trials and troubles of every kind, yea, and in all manner of afflictions, Yea, God hath delivered me from prisons and from bonds and from death, Yea, and I do put my trust in Him and He will still deliver me;
Alma 17:26 And I know that He will raise me up at the last day to dwell with Him in glory. Yea, and I will praise Him forever! For He hath brought our fathers out of Egypt - And He hath swallowed up the Egyptians in the Red Sea - And He led them by His power into the Promised Land,
Alma 17:27 Yea, and He hath delivered them out of bondage and captivity from time to time, Yea, and He hath also brought our fathers out of the Land of Jerusalem, And He hath also, by His everlasting power, delivered them out of bondage and captivity from time to time, even down to the present day;
Alma 17:33 And behold, it hath been prophesied by our fathers that they should be kept and handed down from one generation to another and be kept and preserved by the hand of the Lord, Until they shall go forth unto every nation, kindred, tongue and people, that they shall know of the mysteries contained thereon.
Alma 17:37 And now, it hath hitherto been wisdom in God that these things should be preserved; For behold, they have enlarged the memory of this people, Yea, and convinced many of the error of their ways, And brought them to the knowledge of their God, unto the salvation of their souls;
Alma 17:45 And now remember, my son, that God hath entrusted you with these things which are sacred, which He hath kept sacred, And also which He will keep and preserve for a wise purpose in Him, that He may show forth His power unto future generations.
Alma 17:48 For He will fulfill all His promises which He shall make unto you, For He hath fulfilled His promise which He hath made unto our fathers,
Alma 17:50 And now behold, one purpose hath He fulfilled, even to the restoration of many thousands of the Lamanites to the knowledge of the truth; And He hath shown forth His power in them, And He will also still show forth His power in them unto future generations, Therefore, they shall be preserved;
Alma 17:58 And now my son, we see that they did not repent, Therefore, they have been destroyed; And thus far the word of God hath been fulfilled, Yea, their secret abominations have been brought out of darkness and made known unto us.
Alma 19:8 For behold, if ye deny the Holy Ghost when it once hath had place in you - And ye know that ye deny it - Behold, this is a sin which is unpardonable.

Alma 19:73 Do not suppose because it hath been spoken concerning restoration that ye shall be restored from sin to happiness;

Alma 20:76 "Behold, we are not of your faith; We do not believe that it is God that hath delivered us into your hands, But we believe it is your cunning that hath preserved you from our swords;
Alma 20:77 Behold, it is your breastplates and your shields that hath preserved you."
Alma 20:85 "Even as this scalp hath fallen to the earth, which is the scalp of your chief, So shall ye fall to the earth, except ye will deliver up your weapons of war and depart with a covenant of peace."
Alma 21:22 But behold, the scripture saith the Lord took Moses unto Himself, And we suppose that He hath also received Alma in the spirit unto Himself, Therefore, for this cause we know nothing concerning his death and burial.
Alma 21:57 "And he saith: 'Even as this remnant of garment of my son hath been preserved, So shall a remnant of the seed of my son be preserved by the hand of God and be taken unto Himself, While the remainder of the seed of Joseph shall perish, even as the remnant of his garment.
Alma 21:58 'Now behold, this giveth my soul sorrow; Nevertheless, my soul hath joy in my son because that part of his seed which shall be taken unto God.'
Alma 25:5 Now these are the words which he wrote unto Ammaron, saying: "Behold, Ammaron, I have written unto you somewhat concerning this war which ye have waged against my people, Or rather, which thy brother hath waged against them and which ye are still determined to carry on after his death.
Alma 25:7 Yea, I would tell you concerning that awful hell which awaits to receive such murderers as thou and thy brother hath been, Except ye repent and withdraw your murderous purposes and return with your armies to your own lands.
Alma 25:23 "And as concerning that God whom ye say we have rejected, Behold, we know not such a Being; Neither do ye; But if it so be that there is such a Being, we know not but that He hath made us as well as you;
Alma 25:24 And if it so be that there is a devil and a hell, Behold, will he not send you there to dwell with my brother which ye have murdered, which ye have hinted that he hath gone to such a place? But behold, these things mattereth not.
Alma 25:26 "Behold, this war hath been waged to avenge their wrongs and to maintain and to obtain their rights to the government; And I close my epistle to Moroni."
Alma 25:28 And he said: "Behold, I will not exchange prisoners with Ammaron, save he will withdraw his purpose as I have stated in my epistle; For I will not grant unto him that he shall have any more power than what he hath got.
Alma 26:5 Now I need not rehearse unto you concerning their traditions or their unbelief, for thou knowest concerning all these things - Therefore, it sufficeth me that I tell you that two thousand of these young men hath taken their weapons of war and would that I should be their leader; And we have come forth to defend our country.
Alma 26:115 And blessed is the name of our God! For behold, it is He that hath delivered us, yea, that hath done this great thing for us.'

Helaman 3:28 "Yea, wo be unto you because of that great abomination which hath come among you! And ye have united yourselves unto it, yea, to that secret band which was established by Gaddianton.
Helaman 3:29 "Yea, wo shall come unto you because of that pride which ye have suffered to enter your hearts, Which hath lifted you up beyond that which is good because of your exceeding great riches. "Yea, wo be unto you because of your wickedness and abominations!
Helaman 3:31 "Behold, now I do not say that these things shall be of myself, Because it is not of myself that I know these things; But behold, I know that these things are true because the Lord God hath made them known unto me; Therefore, I testify that they shall be."
Helaman 3:33 And they cried out against him, saying unto the people: "Why do ye not seize upon this man and bring him forth, that he may be condemned according to the crime which he hath done?
Helaman 3:40 Yea, behold, all the judgments will come upon us which he hath testified unto us, For we know that he hath testified aright unto us concerning our iniquities -
Helaman 3:45 "And now behold, if God gave unto this man such power, Then why should ye dispute among yourselves and say that He hath given unto me no power whereby I may know concerning the judgments that shall come upon you except ye repent?
Helaman 3:46 "But behold, ye not only deny my words, But ye also deny all the words which hath been spoken by our fathers, And also the words which were spoken by this man Moses which had such great power given unto him, Yea, the words which he hath spoken concerning the coming of Messiah.
Helaman 3:53 "And now I would that ye should know that even since the days of Abraham, that there hath been many prophets that hath testified these things - Yea, behold, the prophet Zenos did testify boldly, for the which he was slain;
Helaman 3:65 Yea, behold, it is now even at your doors."Yea, go ye in unto the judgment seat and search; And behold, your judge is murdered and he lieth in his blood; And he hath been murdered by his brother who seeketh to sit in the judgment seat.
Helaman 3:68 And they said among themselves as they went: "Behold, now we will know of a surety whether this man be a prophet, And God hath commanded him to prophesy such marvelous things unto us -
Helaman 3:69 Behold, we do not believe that He hath - Yea, we do not believe that he is a prophet; Nevertheless, if this thing which he hath said concerning the chief judge be true - that he be dead - Then will we believe that the other words which he hath spoken are true."
Helaman 3:75 And now behold, the people knew nothing concerning the multitude which had gathered together at the garden of Nephi; Therefore, they said among themselves: "These men are they which have murdered the judge, And God hath smitten them, that they could not flee from us."
Helaman 3:84 "Now as for the murder of this man, we know not who hath done it, And only this much we know - we ran and came according as ye desired; And behold, he was dead according to the words of Nephi."

Helaman 3:102 "And then shall ye say: 'Because of this fear and this paleness which hath come upon your face, Behold, we know that thou art guilty.'

Helaman 5:91 "But behold, my brethren, the Lamanites hath He hated because their deeds have been evil continually, And this because of the iniquity of the tradition of their fathers.

Mormon 2:35 But I knowing that these things must surely be made known - And that all things which are hid must be revealed upon the housetops - And also that a knowledge of these things must come unto the remnant of these people, And also unto the Gentiles which the Lord hath said should scatter this people, And this people should be counted as naught among them -
Mormon 2:37 And now behold, this I speak unto their seed, and also to the Gentiles which hath care for the house of Israel, that realize and know from whence their blessings come;

Mormon 2:48 And behold, the Lord hath reserved their blessing, which they might have received in the land, for the Gentiles which shall possess the land.
Mormon 2:50 And also the Lord will remember the prayers of the righteous which hath been put up unto Him for them.
Mormon 2:53 Know ye not that He hath all power and at His great command the earth shall be rolled together as a scroll?

Mormon 3:29 And He hath brought to pass the redemption of the world, Whereby he that is found guiltless before Him at the judgment day hath it given unto them to dwell in the presence of God in His kingdom, To sing ceaseless praises with the choirs above unto the Father and unto the Son and unto the Holy Ghost, which is one God, in a state of happiness which hath no end.
Mormon 3:33 And if it so be that ye believe in Christ and are baptized - First with water, then with fire and with the Holy Ghost, following the example of our Savior according to that which He hath commanded us - It shall be well with you in the day of judgment. Amen.
Mormon 4:5 Behold, my father hath made this record and he hath written the intent thereof;
Mormon 4:6 And behold, I would write it also if I had room upon the plates, But I have not; And ore I have none, for I am alone; My father hath been slain in battle, and all my kinsfolk, And I have not friends, nor whither to go; And how long that the Lord will suffer that I may live, I know not.
Mormon 4:9 And behold, it is the hand of the Lord which hath done it.
Mormon 4:26 And he that shall breathe out wrath and strifes against the work of the Lord and against the covenant people of the Lord, which are the house of Israel, And shall say, "We will destroy the work of the Lord and the Lord will not remember His covenant which He hath made unto the house of Israel" - The same is in danger to be hewn down and cast into the fire; For the eternal purposes of the Lord shall roll on until all His promises shall be fulfilled.
Mormon 4:28 Yea, behold, I say unto you that those saints which have gone before me, which have possessed this land, shall cry - Yea, even from the dust will they cry unto the Lord - And as the Lord liveth, He will remember the covenant which He hath made with them.
Mormon 4:33 And no one need say, "They shall not come" - For they surely shall, for the Lord hath spoken it! For out of the earth shall they come by the hand of the Lord, And none can stay it.

Mormon 4:97 Condemn me not because of mine imperfection, neither my father because of his imperfection, neither them which have written before him; But rather give thanks unto God that He hath made manifest unto you our imperfections, That ye may learn to be more wise than that which we have been.
Mormon 4:99 And if our plates had been sufficiently large, we should have written in the Hebrew, But the Hebrew hath been altered by us also; And if we could have written in the Hebrew, Behold, ye would have had no imperfection in our record.
Mormon 4:100 But the Lord knoweth the things which we have written, And also that none other people knoweth our language; And because that none other people knoweth our language, Therefore, He hath prepared means for the interpretation thereof.
Mormon 4:103 And may the Lord Jesus Christ grant that their prayers may be answered according to their faith; And may God the Father remember the covenant which He hath made with the house of Israel; And may He bless them forever, through faith on the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Moroni 4:4 "O God, the Eternal Father, We ask Thee in the name of Thy Son Jesus Christ to bless and sanctify this bread to the souls of all those who partake of it, That they may eat in remembrance of the body of Thy Son, And witness unto Thee, O God, the Eternal Father, That they are willing to take upon them the name of Thy Son, And always remember Him and keep His commandments which He hath given them, That they may always have His Spirit to be with them. Amen."
Moroni 7:5 For behold, God hath said: "A man being evil cannot do that which is good." For if he offereth a gift or prayeth unto God, except he shall do it with real intent, it profiteth him nothing;
Moroni 7:27 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, hath miracles ceased because that Christ hath ascended into heaven and hath sat down on the right hand of God to claim of the Father His rights of mercy which He hath upon the children of men?
Moroni 7:28 For He hath answered the ends of the law, And He claimeth all those that hath faith in Him; And they that have faith in Him will cleave unto every good thing; Wherefore, He advocateth the cause of the children of men; And He dwelleth eternally in the heavens -
Moroni 7:29 And because that He hath done this, my beloved brethren, hath miracles ceased?
Moroni 7:30 Behold, I say unto you, Nay! Neither hath angels ceased to minister unto the children of men;
Moroni 7:32 And the office of their ministry is to call men unto repentance, And to fulfill and to do the work of the covenants of the Father which He hath made unto the children of men, To prepare the way among the children of men by declaring the word of Christ unto the chosen vessels of the Lord, that they may bear testimony of Him.
Moroni 7:34 And after this manner bringeth to pass the Father the covenants which He hath made unto the children of men.
Moroni 7:35 And Christ hath said: "If ye will have faith in Me, ye shall have power to do whatsoever thing is expedient in Me."
Moroni 7:36 And He hath said: "Repent! all ye ends of the earth, and come unto Me! and be baptized in My name! and have faith in Me that ye may be saved!"
Moroni 7:37 And now my beloved brethren, if this be the case, that these things are true which I have spoken unto you - And God will show unto you with power and great glory at the last day that they are true - And if they are true, hath the day of miracles ceased?
Moroni 7:38 Or hath angels ceased to appear unto the children of men?
Moroni 7:39 Or hath He withheld the power of the Holy Ghost from them?
Moroni 7:53 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, pray unto the Father with all the energy of heart, That ye may be filled with this love which He hath bestowed upon all who are true followers of His Son Jesus Christ, That ye may become the sons of God, That when He shall appear, we shall be like Him - for we shall see Him as He is - That we may have this hope, That we may be purified even as He is pure. Amen.
Moroni 8:2 And on this wise did he write unto me, saying: "My beloved son Moroni, I rejoice exceedingly that your Lord Jesus Christ hath been mindful of you and hath called you to His ministry and to His holy work;
Moroni 8:9 Behold, I came into the world, not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance; The whole need no physician, but they that are sick; Wherefore, little children are whole, for they are not capable of committing sin; Wherefore, the curse of Adam is taken from them in Me, that it hath no power over them; And the law of circumcision is done away in Me.'
Moroni 8:15 "Behold, I say unto you that he that supposeth that little children needeth baptism is in the gall of bitterness and in the bonds of iniquity, For he hath neither faith, hope nor charity; Wherefore, should he be cut off while in the thought, he must go down to hell;
Moroni 8:16 For awful is the wickedness to suppose that God saveth one child because of baptism and the other must perish because he hath no baptism;
Moroni 8:23 I speak it boldly! God hath commanded me.
Moroni 8:31 "Behold, the pride of this nation, or the pride of the Nephites, hath proved their destruction, except they should repent;
Moroni 8:33 "But behold, I fear lest the Spirit hath ceased striving with them; And in this part of the land they are also seeking to put down all power and authority which cometh from God, And they are denying the Holy Ghost;
Moroni 9:4 "Behold, I am laboring with them continually; And when I speak the word of God with sharpness, they tremble and anger against me; And when I use no sharpness, they harden their hearts against it; Wherefore, I fear lest the Spirit of the Lord hath ceased striving with them;
Moroni 10:3 Behold, I would exhort you that when ye shall read these things - if it be wisdom in God that ye should read them - That ye would remember how merciful the Lord hath been unto the children of men from the creation of Adam, even down until the time that ye shall receive these things, And ponder it in your hearts.
Moroni 10:28 And awake! And arise from the dust, O Jerusalem! Yea, and put on thy beautiful garments, O daughter of Zion! And strengthen thy stakes and enlarge thy borders forever, that thou mayest no more be confounded, That the covenants of the Eternal God which He hath made unto thee, O house of Israel, may be fulfilled.
