Jacob 3:15 For behold, ye yourselves know, that he
counseleth in wisdom, and in justice, and in great mercy, over all his works;
DC 58:5a Let no man think that he is ruler, but let God rule him that judgeth, according to the counsel of his own will; or, in other words, him that
counseleth or sitteth upon the judgment seat.
DC 130:7e and thus permit the accumulation of tithes and offerings in such amounts as may be needful to properly discharge the existing indebtedness of the church as a body. And the Spirit
counseleth the church in this regard.
