DC 99:11d Should the parties, or either of them, be
dissatisfied with the decision of said council, they may appeal to the high council of the seat of the first presidency of the church, and have a rehearing, which case shall there be conducted, according to the former pattern written, as though no such decision had been made.
DC 112:12c nor to meddle with, or influence them in the least to cause them to be
dissatisfied with their situations in this life, thereby jeopardizing the lives of men:
