Blair; Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and New England States, in charge. John Shippy; Canada, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick, in charge. Z. H. Gurley, Sen.; Northern Illinois and Eastern Iowa, in charge. J. W. Gillen; to go with W. W. Blaie. S. J. Stone and C. G. Lanphear; to Eastern New York.
